Complete Spectacles Terms & Conditions

  1. The package offer is applicable only on the particular frames and lenses.
  2. Offer applicable on frames with price tags 991/- & 1491/- only.
  3. No further discount is applicable on the package offers.
  4. The frames can only be booked under the package offers and cannot be sold separately.
  5. Selected powers can be booked under this offer up to the power mentioned below:
        1. Total -6 spherical upto -2 cylindrical.
        2. Total +3 spherical upto -2 cylindrical.
  6. Prices mentioned are inclusive of taxes.
  7. The offer cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer of the participating party.
  8. Goods once sold cannot be returned back or exchanged.
  9. National Optical Service reserves the right to withdraw / alter any of the offers or terms and conditions on its discretion without any prior notice.
  10. In case of any disputes the decision of National Optical Service is final & binding.
  11. Warranty on frames will be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
  12. There will be no warranty on peeling & discoloration.
  13. The 90 days warranty is valid on the breakage of the frame due to manufacturing problem.
  14. In case of any reported breakage the new frame can be selected from the same line of products & the shape of the frame has to be selected so that the existing pair of lenses fits into the new pair of frames selected.
  15. The lenses will not be replaced under any circumstances.
  16. In case the customer selects a frame that does not accommodate the existing pair of lenses, the customer has to bear the cost of the new pair of lenses.
  17. In case of any disputes the decision of National Optical Service will be final & binding.

DIGISAFE Lenses Terms and Conditions
The DIGISAFE lenses come free with the frames of certain value as mentioned below:

CAT A Stores: RS.4500

CAT B Stores: Rs.2500

CAT C Stores: Rs.1250

  1. The offer is applicable only for Single Vision users.
  2. The customers can upgrade their lenses by paying the difference amount mentioned.
  3. No further discount is applicable on the offers.
