2. Offer applicable on frames with price tags 991\/- & 1491\/- only.<\/li>\n
3. No further discount is applicable on the package offers.<\/li>\n
4. The frames can only be booked under the package offers and cannot be sold separately.<\/li>\n

         3. Prices mentioned are inclusive of taxes.<\/li>\n

         5. Goods once sold cannot be returned back or exchanged.<\/li>\n
         6. National Optical Service reserves the right to withdraw \/ alter any of the offers or terms and conditions on its discretion without any prior notice.<\/li>\n
         7. In case of any disputes the decision of National Optical Service is final & binding.<\/li>\n
         8. Warranty on frames will be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.<\/li>\n
         9. There will be no warranty on peeling & discoloration.<\/li>\n
         10. The 90 days warranty is valid on the breakage of the frame due to manufacturing problem.<\/li>\n
         11. In case of any reported breakage the new frame can be selected from the same line of products & the shape of the frame has to be selected so that the existing pair of lenses fits into the new pair of frames selected.<\/li>\n
         12. The lenses will not be replaced under any circumstances.<\/li>\n
         13. In case the customer selects a frame that does not accommodate the existing pair of lenses, the customer has to bear the cost of the new pair of lenses.<\/li>\n
         14. In case of any disputes the decision of National Optical Service will be final & binding.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

             \nThe DIGISAFE lenses come free with the frames of certain value as mentioned below:<\/p>\n

             CAT A Stores: RS.4500<\/p>\n

             CAT B Stores: Rs.2500<\/p>\n

             CAT C Stores: Rs.1250<\/p>\n

             2. The customers can upgrade their lenses by paying the difference amount mentioned.<\/li>\n
